BOOKING INFORMATION

A clear route from enquiry to event.

This page explains the usual booking process. Your written quote and booking agreement will contain the exact terms for your event and will take priority if anything differs.

Availability and quotes

An online enquiry is a request for availability. It does not reserve a performer or create a booking. AR will contact the performers you shortlisted and prepare the available options. Each quote will state the performer, date, venue, timings, price, travel and the equipment or production included.

Confirming your booking

A booking is confirmed only after the booking agreement has been accepted and the required booking payment has cleared. Until then, availability and prices may change. The balance date and payment instructions will be shown in the agreement.

Music and event planning

Music requests, songs to avoid, access times, performance times and venue requirements should be agreed in advance. Clients are responsible for giving accurate event and venue information and for obtaining any permissions the venue requires.

Changes and cancellations

Tell AR as soon as possible if the date, venue, timings or event plans change. Any revised price or cancellation amount will be handled under the booking agreement and will reflect the circumstances and losses connected with the booking.

Artist illness or emergency

If a confirmed performer cannot attend, AR will contact you and work to find a suitable replacement. A replacement will not be confirmed without your agreement. The booking agreement explains the options that apply if a suitable replacement cannot be arranged.
