You will receive an enquiry reference immediately. AR then checks the selected performers and returns the available options and prices.
Read the booking informationDoes an enquiry confirm a booking?
No. An enquiry checks availability and pricing. A booking is confirmed only when the written agreement and required booking payment have been completed.
Can I shortlist more than one performer?
Yes. Choose every act you would consider and send the event details once. AR will contact only those performers and help you compare the available options.
What is included in the price?
Your quote will state the performance times and exactly what is included, such as equipment, sound, lighting, setup, travel and any live add-ons.
Can we request particular music?
Yes. Share the music you love, anything you want avoided and any important songs. Requests are agreed during planning with the chosen performer.
What if our first choice is unavailable?
AR can recommend the closest suitable alternative from the collection. No replacement is booked without your agreement.
What if a confirmed performer cannot attend?
AR will follow the booking agreement and work to find a suitable replacement. Any replacement and resulting price change will be discussed with you.
