The AR DJ Collective is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@ardj.co.uk.

Information we collect

The enquiry form records your name, email address, optional phone number, selected performers, event date and type, venue, budget, timings and any notes you choose to provide. It also creates an enquiry reference and records the date of submission.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, check performer availability, prepare quotes, arrange a booking when requested and keep appropriate business records. We process enquiry information to take steps at your request before a contract and, where applicable, to perform a booking contract. We also have a legitimate interest in administering enquiries, preventing misuse and keeping a record of business communications.

Who receives it

Only the event details needed to check availability and pricing are shared with the performers you select. Your direct contact details remain with The AR DJ Collective unless sharing them later becomes necessary for an agreed booking. Information may also be processed by the website, database, email and messaging services used to operate the enquiry process.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months of the last contact. Records connected with a confirmed booking may be kept longer where needed for the contract, accounts, tax, insurance or legal claims. Information is removed when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion or restriction where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also have a right to data portability and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Email hello@ardj.co.uk with your enquiry reference so the request can be located.

Required information

Your name, email address, event date, event type, venue, budget and selected performers are needed to handle an enquiry. Without them, AR may not be able to check availability or prepare a useful response. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
